EUV Targets
Summary
The tender concerns the purchase of an EUV source and the instrumentation needed to characterise its emission. The solution is intended to support scientific research, especially on how emission depends on the parameters of the injected laser power, and it will be assessed as an alternative to existing coherent EUV sources developed at HI Jena for imaging applications. The bidder must also take into account delivery, full installation, commissioning, assembly and training.
