Framework agreement for repair services for electrical installations

Summary

The tender concerns maintenance, repair and refurbishment works for electrical installations in residential buildings, housing complexes, residential premises and commercial properties, including stairwells, ancillary rooms, outdoor areas and basements. It is a framework agreement under which both minor repairs and complete renewal works are ordered. The scope and completion time depend on the individual order. The bidder must be prepared to submit the required evidence, use the contracting authority’s bidder form and meet the requirements on turnover, staff numbers, references, register entries and exclusion grounds. A maximum of two lots may be awarded to one bidder.
