Summary

The tender concerns the redevelopment of the existing OPUS application in line with the functional and non-functional requirements described in the specification. The work includes migrating existing data from the current database and from Excel tables, and up to 5 years of system service after go-live. Additional programming services may also be ordered separately if needed. The project is divided into four work packages: development, data migration, system service, and additional services after go-live.
