Finland – forestry services – arborist and tree-felling services

Summary

The tender concerns arborist and tree-felling services to be carried out in the area of the City of Loviisa. It is a framework agreement under which services are ordered according to actual need, with no fixed quantities. The procurement is divided into two parts: 1) arborist services, covering the maintenance of street and park trees in cooperation with the city arborists; 2) tree-felling services, covering the felling of trees and, where needed, the use of an assistant worker. A bidder may submit a tender for one or both parts, but parallel tenders are not allowed. Five service providers will be selected for each part. The estimated start date of the contract is 6 July 2026, the main contract period is 3 years, and there is also a 1-year option period.
