The tender concerns a framework agreement for client management software licences, maintenance, support and related services for Südwestfalen-IT, its wholly owned subsidiary SIT GmbH and its member organisations/customers. The current solution reaches end of life on 31 December 2026, so a new solution must be introduced and the migration completed before that date. The bidder must also provide implementation support and allow for the possibility that additional members join during the contract period and that further licences are called off.
