Summary

The tender concerns engineering design services for the building services of a new youth centre in Hamburg-Bergedorf. The existing building on the site will be completely demolished and replaced by a modern, sustainable new building. The project covers about 1,400 m² of gross floor area. The services are to be commissioned in three stages; this contract awards stage 1, covering planning up to preliminary and detailed design, while the later stages are optional.
