The scope includes planning, configuration and deployment of the solution, adaptation to the contracting authority’s requirements, testing, delivery of any necessary hardware, migration of selected existing data and documents, integration with the contracting authority’s existing systems and external portals, end-user training and user instructions, and maintenance, upgrades and support for at least 5 years after implementation, with the option to extend or make the maintenance period indefinite.
