Housing services procurement for special mental health and substance abuse/addiction services

Summary

The tender concerns housing services for special mental health and substance abuse/addiction services. Bidders may offer several service types, including 24-hour long-term and short-term supported housing, community housing, and supported housing both in the provider’s own supported apartment and in the client’s home. Some services are procured on an impact-based model, while others are not. For services 1–5, the unit must be located in the Kanta-Häme region; for services 6–8, nearby areas are also allowed. The contract runs from 1 November 2026 to 31 December 2028 and may be extended by two optional one-year periods.
