Construction works and fire safety upgrading for the Berlin Alexanderplatz station reception building

Summary

The tender concerns fire safety upgrading and preservation of the existing reception building at Berlin Alexanderplatz station. The works include construction works on the ground and basement levels and at platform level, special foundation works in the basement, extensive installation of technical systems, construction of rooms for an emergency power supply system and a transformer station, renewal of façades, and installation of drainage and earthing systems. The works will be carried out while railway operations continue.
