The tender concerns the procurement and implementation of a fleet management system (FMS). It includes a web application for fleet management and operational processes, a mobile application for an electronic mobile travel order, integrations with the contracting authority’s back-end systems, a telematics system for 150 vehicles, FMS licences and fees for 5 years, rental of the vehicle telematics system for 5 years, FMS maintenance for 5 years, and optional additional hours for extra services.
