Summary

The tender concerns the demolition of the old lower secondary school building, technical education spaces and pre-school spaces in Pornainen municipality and the construction of a new two-storey school centre in their place. It also includes the comprehensive renovation and layout changes of Kirveskoski School on the same plot, as well as the renewal of yard areas and yard structures. The work covers demolition, construction, electrical, fixed-furniture, yard and earthworks, and HVAC, water supply and sewerage works. The contract is implemented as a design-and-build contract, in which the contractor is responsible for both design and construction and must take into account that school activities will continue on the site during the works.
