Landscape maintenance services – framework agreement for operation and maintenance of green outdoor areas

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for the operation and maintenance of green outdoor areas. The work is divided into three subcontracts: 1) Slagelse and Korsør with an option for Sorø, 2) Næstved, and 3) Hashøj and Skælskør. The services include grass cutting, planting maintenance, weed control without pesticides or burning, cleaning, and additional or other works ordered by the contracting authority. Bids may be submitted for one, several or all subcontracts. Evaluation and award are carried out separately for each subcontract, and one supplier is awarded each framework agreement. The framework agreements run for 2 years with the option to extend twice by 1 year. Site visits are offered for selected locations that are not publicly accessible.
