Summary

The tender concerns the implementation and operation of the Gelrepas service. It is a social participation and poverty-reduction service that gives residents a personal basic credit for activities such as sport, culture, recreation and education. The contracting authorities are the municipalities of Arnhem, Brummen, Duiven, Renkum, Rheden, Rozendaal, Westervoort and Zevenaar. Approximately 32,000 cards are issued per year.
