Renovation works – City of Järvenpää: Mankala School comprehensive renovation

Summary

The tender concerns the complete renovation of Mankala School in Järvenpää at Kytötie 73. The works cover the school building, demolition of the modular building, repairs to the civil defence shelter building in the yard, and all construction, demolition, earthworks and building services works needed to hand over the site fully completed. The bidder must inspect the site before submitting a tender; without a site visit the tender will be rejected. The contractor will act as the main contractor and principal contractor, and must also take account of three possible optional items.
