Framework agreement for building maintenance on Bornholm

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for maintenance and repair works on buildings and facilities on Bornholm. The works mainly cover construction and craft services such as carpentry and joinery, masonry, concrete and plaster repairs, roof and facade works, painting, floor coverings and other surface treatments, earthworks and sewer works, paving works, demolition and environmental remediation works, and minor asphalt works. Some related technical works may also be needed during contract performance, but the contractor remains primarily responsible. Four contractors will be appointed and ranked according to the economically most advantageous tender. Works below DKK 100,000, rapid-response works and capability-building works will be awarded directly to the first-ranked contractor; larger projects will be competed through mini-tenders.
