The tender concerns final cleaning for a new school building covering about 22,300 m² gross floor area. The work includes fine cleaning of classrooms, specialist rooms, break areas, sanitary areas, kitchens, technical rooms and circulation areas, as well as cleaning floors, wall surfaces, glazing, glass partitions, façade surfaces, joinery, building services installations, stairwells, lift systems and internal glazing. The work must be carried out in stages during the ongoing construction process, and the contractor must also dispose of all waste generated.
