Procurement of fixed furniture 2026–2028 (2029 + 2030)

Summary

The tender concerns fixed furniture, i.e. built-in cabinets and furniture used in renovated apartments, including kitchen cabinets and worktops, bathroom fixed furniture, and hallway and other built-in cabinets. The contract period is 1 August 2026 to 31 July 2028, with the possibility of two one-year option periods. The bid must be submitted in Finnish and the entire procurement process is conducted in Finnish. The goods supplied must comply with directly applicable European Union legislation, Finnish laws and regulations, and requirements issued by the authorities, including requirements relating to construction, equipment, occupational safety, fire safety and electrical safety.
