Summary

The tender concerns a long-term power purchase agreement (PPA) including physical electricity supply for the period 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2032. A defined share of total consumption will be purchased at a fixed price including guarantees of origin. In addition, the contract must allow price hedging using SYS and EPAD products for the share without an agreed fixed price, as well as quarter-hour spot-priced delivery.
