Summary

The tender concerns investigation, repair, retrofit, refurbishment and renewal works for Dublin City Council properties, as well as the adaptive reuse of suitable buildings as housing. The planned pipeline includes refurbishment of around 10 buildings, including multi-unit buildings, protected structures and own-door properties, to provide housing types such as homeless accommodation, shared living and social housing units. Standalone enabling works and building investigation works may also be required. The project is subject to funding.
