Summary

The tender concerns repair, maintenance and emergency works in the construction sector on residential and commercial properties and outdoor areas owned by the City of Wrocław. The scope includes demolition, carpentry, plastering, painting, roofing, sheet-metal, locksmith, flooring, insulation, concrete, masonry, stove-building and securing works, among others. The works are to be carried out in four areas and the contract includes warranty requirements, work on occupied premises and labour-related conditions.
