Social guidance and counselling for status holders

Summary

The tender concerns social guidance and counselling for status holders provided by a Dutch municipality. The service covers the first 12 months, including an initial and stabilisation phase in which status holders are supported with necessary steps related to housing, income, care, facilities and orientation in their living environment. After that, the service focuses on further strengthening self-reliance and sustainable functioning within the municipality. It also includes budget coaching to improve financial self-reliance and legal support. The expected annual volume is about EUR 812,300 excluding VAT, but this is not binding on the contracting authority.
