Apartment renovation works for properties

Summary

The tender concerns mainly small-scale construction and repair works in apartments in connection with moves, as well as some works in common areas of properties such as stairwells, saunas and outbuildings. It is a framework agreement under which six main contractors and three reserve contractors will be selected. The works will be carried out at the unit prices offered. The contract is not divided into lots. The estimated maximum value for the entire contract period is EUR 7,000,000 excluding VAT.
