Sprinkler system installation works

Summary

The tender concerns the procurement, installation and smaller modification works of sprinkler systems for hospitals and other sites operated by HUS Kiinteistöt Oy in the HUS area. The works will be carried out in operating hospitals and the timing must be coordinated with hospital operations. The bidder must be able to work in the evenings, at night and on weekends as well. The tender is divided into five regional lots, and the aim is to select up to six contractors for each lot. The framework agreement lasts 2 years and includes an option for one additional 2-year period. For contracts above the national threshold, mini-competitions will be held; for contracts below the threshold, the contracting authority may order the work directly under the framework agreement prices or, if needed, also use a mini-competition.
