Summary

The tender concerns construction works for the new build of a 6-group children’s centre in Rosenheim. The scope includes the complete shell construction, including site setup, surveying, earthworks, and the construction of foundations and reinforced-concrete floor slabs. It also covers concrete and reinforcement works, waterproofing and insulation works in the plinth area, embedded parts and surface protection measures. In addition, the works include service lines under the floor slab (wastewater and stormwater), buried utility lines, and foundation and ring earth electrodes. Ancillary services such as site logistics, coordination with other trades, waste disposal, quality assurance and documentation are also included.
