Heating, ventilation and air-conditioning installation works

Summary

The tender concerns heating installation for the Max-Weber School extension in Freiburg. The works include two groundwater heat pumps of about 300 kW each with well pumps, a 19 m³ welded buffer tank, a pressure maintenance station with degassing, about 150 linear metres of welded steel pipes DN 100–150, about 300 linear metres of heating pipes with press-fit system including technical thermal insulation and fire protection, 40 steel tube radiators, and dismantling, reinstallation and commissioning of an existing 400 kW floor-standing gas boiler. If the boiler is damaged during the works and repair plus reinstallation would not be economical, a new gas boiler must be installed.
