Rental, maintenance and management of photocopying and printing equipment
Summary
The tender concerns the rental, maintenance and management of the print fleet for all services of the City of Aix-les-Bains and its public schools. The bidder must supply refurbished equipment, with an age of less than 3 years for the entire print fleet, and must ensure installation, configuration, compatibility with the existing Papercut MF print management solution, and maintenance. The framework agreement is awarded to a single supplier on the basis of purchase orders, with a maximum value of EUR 600,000 excluding VAT for the full contract term. The contract duration is 4 years from 01/10/2026 or, if later, from the date of notification; it is not renewable.
