Interior finishing works

Summary

The tender concerns extensive construction works at the Caritas Förderzentrum St. Laurentius und Paulus school building, including the full refurbishment of classrooms, therapy rooms, offices and corridors, installation of a ventilation system with air-conditioning units, renewal of electrical cabling, refurbishment of the swimming pool and changing rooms, the auditorium and sanitary facilities, care bathrooms, the teaching kitchen and an accessible schoolyard. The works are planned in three construction phases, with some works carried out in parallel with other phases.
