Supply of earth materials to sites in Eastern Finland service area

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of earth materials to roads, areas and properties managed by the Eastern Finland service units of Puolustuskiinteistöt. The contract is divided into five lots, and a bid may be submitted for one or more lots. The materials must be delivered either as stockpiled material, by tipper truck or spread on the road as required. Pricing and invoicing are based on the actual quantities measured by weighing. The bidder may use subcontractors or resource subcontractors, and this must be disclosed in the bid. The contracting authority also organises a voluntary information session.
