Leadership development services
Summary
The tender concerns a framework agreement for leadership development services for the German Social Accident Insurance (DGUV), with a maximum duration of four years. The programme is aimed at all DGUV managers, around 200 people, and is intended to strengthen leadership skills and leadership personality. The services are divided into three lots: 1) training courses, 2) team development workshops, and 3) coaching. Companies may submit an offer for one, two or all three lots, and this must be indicated in the offer form.
