Summary

The tender concerns the provision of comprehensive IP-based fixed telephony services for the contracting authority at two locations: Tržaška cesta 19, Ljubljana and Dragomelj 116, Domžale. The bidder must set up and operate an IP telephony system on its own infrastructure and provide equipment supply, installation and rental, broadband connectivity, call centre services, automatic call routing, call recording, e-fax, softphone, forwarding points, analogue connections, a usage monitoring application and unlimited calls to all telecommunications networks in the Republic of Slovenia. The contractor must also provide full maintenance of the equipment, technical support and on-call service with agreed response times throughout the contract period.
