Event organisation services for RTE headquarters New Year greetings 2027 and 2028

Summary

The tender concerns support for RTE in the design, organisation and delivery of the headquarters New Year greetings event for January 2027, with an optional edition for January 2028. The contractor must provide a creative and scenographic concept, operational and logistical event management, coordination of all service providers on the event day, and planning and deployment coordination. Venue hire and catering are excluded from the scope and will be handled directly by RTE. The 2028 event is optional and will be activated by RTE under the contract conditions.
