Tactical lights for police forces in Nordic countries

Summary

The National Police Board in Finland is preparing a preliminary market consultation for the future procurement of tactical lights for police forces in Finland, Norway and Sweden, with Iceland and Denmark possibly joining. This is not yet a call for tenders. The planned procurement is divided into lots for flashlights and headlamps, working lights, special lights, own team identification lights and shield lights. Suppliers may choose which lot(s) to bid for. The contract award will be made separately for each lot, and each participating police force will make its own agreement with the supplier. The notice says the information is preliminary and may change, and that participation in the market consultation does not affect eligibility for the later tender procedure.
