Summary

The tender concerns fresh and frozen meat and meat products for production kitchens in Bergen municipality and cooperation partners. The agreement also allows the units covered to buy locally produced food from Vestland County outside the agreement, but only when purchased directly from the manufacturer or from sales outlets that sell only locally produced food. Purchases from grocery chains or outlets with a mixed product range are not covered by this exception. Separate contracts exist for groceries, fish products, dairy products, fruit and vegetables, and food products for service locations with food production and for nurseries and schools in household packages.
