Summary
The tender concerns the delivery of coaching trajectories for team development, depending on the needs of each team. The aim is to create a culture centred on ownership, a clear direction and constructive feedback. As a result, teams should work from a shared vision and concrete team plans aligned with the organisation’s objectives, employees should use their competences optimally for the team result, and cooperation should improve both within and between teams. The contract covers 21 trajectories over a maximum contract period of 8 years.
