The tender concerns travel services for AFM business trips. The contractor must arrange booking of international flights with seat reservations, hotel stays abroad, and, when linked to a business trip, hotel stays in the Netherlands, as well as group travel, venue-hotel arrangements with agreed prices for international meetings, international train tickets with seat reservations, international ferry services and international bus travel. The service also includes changes, rebooking and/or cancellations, plus car rental abroad, assistance with travel document applications and 24/7 service availability.
