Summary

The tender concerns psychiatric or psychological services, mainly two-yearly MCU interviews. Optional additional services may also be ordered: post-trauma sessions, psychological support before, during and after impactful hearings, training and guidance for staff in peer support, and mental resilience training. The estimated value is EUR 800,000 excluding VAT over 4 years, with a maximum contract value of EUR 1,200,000 excluding VAT.
