Construction works for the capacity expansion of the HBU workshop

Summary

The tender concerns the capacity expansion of the HBU workshop at the Dessau site. A general contractor is sought to provide complete planning and execution for converting part of an existing storage and logistics hall into a modern production workshop. The scope includes object planning, technical planning for wastewater, water, gas, heat supply, ventilation, refrigeration, electrical engineering, communications, security and information technology, as well as fire safety updates, structural calculations, construction scheduling and delivery of the works by 31 March 2028.
