Summary

The tender concerns the supply of the Finnish Defence Forces' electrical technical products and related services, including small quantities of control and regulation devices linked to building technical systems. The contract will be available to all administrative units of the Defence Forces. The award will be based on price-quality points, with price points calculated from a weighted shopping basket and product group discount percentages, and additional quality points may be awarded under separate quality criteria. The contract is for a four-year period and the estimated value is EUR 8 million excluding VAT. The Defence Forces may also require a security agreement and a continuity-of-operations commitment from the selected supplier.
