Framework agreement for event technology and services for the North Rhine-Westphalia state parliament

Summary

The tender concerns event technology services for the North Rhine-Westphalia state parliament. The contractor will provide technical support, equipment, setup and dismantling for around 100 events per year, about 30 plenary session support assignments, and about 30 event support assignments in the Landtag Forum and plenary chamber, using both the parliament’s existing equipment and additional event-specific equipment as needed.
