Building condition assessment and survey services

Summary

The tender concerns framework agreement services for building condition assessments and condition surveys for the City of Oulu and other contracting entities. The work includes survey plans, condition and indoor air investigations, asbestos and hazardous substance surveys, demolition plans and damage surveys. The contract is divided into three lots: condition assessments, condition surveys and concrete investigations. Price is the only award criterion.
