Construction works

Summary

The tender concerns construction works for the Helen Group in the Helsinki area. The framework arrangement is divided into two lots: works under EUR 1,000,000 and works over EUR 1,000,000. It mainly covers contracts, and smaller clearly defined tasks may also be ordered as hourly work; on-call type work is not included. The framework agreement is intended to enter into force on 1 October 2026 and run for 8 years. The maximum value of the framework arrangement over the full contract period is EUR 133,000,000 excluding VAT.
