Damage service

Summary

The tender concerns damage service for the properties of the City of Copenhagen. The contract mainly covers cleanup, cleaning and remediation after fire, water and storm damage. In fire cases, the supplier must be able to work in parallel with the Copenhagen Fire Department. The service must be available 24/7 all year round. Tasks may arise both urgently and as planned work. The contract also includes salvage and storage of valuables, as well as cleanup, cleaning and remediation in connection with findings of deceased persons and general social cleaning, limited to the City of Copenhagen's properties. The procurement is divided into two subcontracts.
