Overhead contact line works in the Nordstadt station area

Summary

The tender concerns works to adapt the overhead contact line system for the Nordstadt station area in Hanover as part of the barrier-free expansion of the city railway. The existing catenary masts and support points must be adjusted because of the new high-level platform and the changed track alignment. The contractor must follow ÜSTRA’s current system description, technical notes and system sketches, and the components used must be standardised at ÜSTRA for maintenance and emergency recovery purposes.
