Summary

The tender concerns the inspection, maintenance, repair and supply of sports equipment within municipal sports facilities, as well as the maintenance, supply and relocation of rotating sports equipment. The contract also covers preparing an MJOP and MJIP, instructions, logistics, quality and management, a DAP, portal/dashboard functionality, and sustainable and circular procurement of sports equipment. The estimated value of the framework agreement is EUR 520,000 over the full term including extension options; the maximum total value is EUR 580,000 including a realistic uncertainty margin. The framework agreement ends when the total value is reached or when the final end date is reached, whichever comes first.
