Summary

The tender concerns the provision of Transport Regulation Legal Services for the National Transport Authority under an open procedure. The service provider must deliver full legal services, mainly focused on prosecuting breaches of regulatory requirements in relation to small public service vehicles, public bus passenger services and international bus services, vehicle clamping, EU Passenger Rights, bike share and rickshaw services.
