Housing maintenance, repair and refurbishment works

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for pre-let repair, maintenance and refurbishment works on Offaly County Council housing stock. The works will mainly be carried out in vacant properties, but some occupied homes may also be included. The estimated contract term is 1 year and about 35 houses are expected to require works. The contractor must price all items in the pricing document, and the council may award work either by applying framework rates or by running mini-competitions among the approved framework participants.
