Supply of a form module in the patient portal

Summary

The tender concerns the provision, implementation and integration of a modular, scalable system for the digital creation, provision and use of patient forms within an existing patient portal. The bidder must take into account data protection, information security and interoperability requirements, and the solution must support integration of a signature solution provided by the contracting authority. The patient portal as a whole and a standalone electronic signature solution are not part of the contract. An IT services framework agreement will be concluded based on the model contract included in the tender documents.
