The tender concerns the rental, management and related software, maintenance and services for about 250 multifunctional devices at all Kentalis locations. The contractor must also provide a print and scan management solution as a SaaS service, carry out maintenance and fault repair, supply all consumables except print media, and perform an analysis of the current print and scan environment together with an optimisation proposal.
