Event technology services

Summary

The tender concerns event technology services and equipment rental for events organised by the City of Tampere or held in premises and areas it manages. The procurement is carried out as a framework agreement in four lots: large events, small events, equipment rental for events, and experiential lighting in urban spaces. The bidder should note that subcontractors may be used, but the bidder remains responsible for their performance. In lots 1, 2 and 4, previous experience in event organisation is required, and the service must be deliverable in Finnish and, if necessary, also in English.
