Screed works and floor covering installation

Summary

The tender concerns screed and floor covering works in the entire building of the Rundfunkmuseum. The scope includes screed works, including exposed screed with surface treatment, floor build-ups with insulation and waterproofing measures, and the installation of floor coverings such as linoleum and cork. It also includes preparatory substrate works, joint and edge detailing, and hourly-rate works. The approximate quantities are 1,400 m² of substrate preparation and insulation works, 1,000 m² of screed works, 310 m² of exposed screed surface treatment, 1,200 m² of floor coverings, and 950 linear metres of skirting board work or 130 steps.
